PROPERTIES OF MILK
Milk is part of daily foods we take. Infact , most baked wheat products have milk as an ingredient. It is prefered since it contains special proteins that are able to combine with flour making the dough strong and able to rise during the whole process of baking. the sugar and fat components aid tenderize,soften and moisten the product making it both attractive and delicious. Other milk products include yogurt and ice cream, and chocolate.
Milk is rich and diverse in nutrients.this is because it contains all nutrients needed to help baby animals that cant digest normal food to grow on it until they grow up enough able to utilise normal primary feeds. It contains proteins, fats and sugars all ranging between 2-8 grams per 100 grams of milk consumed.
